The Swan Room

Host to a range of parties and celebrations, this semi-private space off the main pub is available to book for your next event!

Garden Huts

Our garden huts are the perfect space to celebrate all year long in Walton-on-Thames. The huts are available for bookings for 6 guests – an excellent choice for your next intimate celebration, a working lunch, or drinks with friends.

Celebrated a 50th with The swan yesterday, and couldnt have been better! Great friendly staff, lovely pub with a good atmosphere! We’ll happily stop by again in the future. Thankyou to all the staff for helping to make a great day.

50th Birthday

We hired out the swan room for my dad’s 70th birthday and the staff (in particular Victoria) couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. We had the 3 course set menu for 20 people, which we pre ordered and it was served promptly with no issues with orders and was delicious. We then had a murder mystery event planned and the staff were really helpful accommodating our needs and came at all the right times to take drinks orders etc. My dad had a lovely birthday and all his guests enjoyed the night, so thank you to the staff for making the night run so smoothly. Definitely recommend if you are planning an event.

Birthday in The Swan Room

I booked a baby shower on the 28th October with Anna as our booking was double booked at the pub next door. Anna was so helpful over the phone and followed up with emails to confirm all our needs. We were allowed to get in at 11am even though our event didn’t start until 2pm and used the hall way for balloons as it didn’t fit in the room. The staff on the day were incredibly helpful especially Lauren. As it was a last minute booking there was another event after us so needed to be out by 5:30pm but we had plenty of time to clear up. Thank you so much again, my sister had the best time!
